I wouldn't eat donuts here, they have absolutely no idea about hygiene ... just disgusting!

Small store which shares the shop with Subway. Donuts are fresh as always and are added to the display in good time. Staff very friendly.

While strolling through the Hohe Strasse in Cologne I felt like eating donuts again. However, when I heard very loud Arabic music from the locality at the entrance, I changed my mind and backed out again.

Ff some snacking for in between friendly staff and fast what honors perch just easy you know.

The fool stands in front of me without a mask and grins at me. Keep your overpriced donuts and find out about the mask requirement!

Just like in the other branch: Wrong opening times! But the worst: Service says: We know that! Read the note on the door! The door is actually until 9 p.m. But here at Maps 10pm! Directions for free! No excuse, no insight! Simply disinterest! Bad!

Bad service .. not even a smile from the person working there ! The place upstairs is dirty ! No electricity to charge ur phone .. they share the place with a subway so they are both to blame on the hygiene issue!

It's pretty poor if you have to pay for a toilet if you are a paying customer!

Price was a bit high. 1 donut around 1,60 €. However, it is nice to have an area where you can sit on the top floor, ideal for relaxing while visiting the hohe.

The worst customer service i have ever seen in Cologne. I went yesterday 29 September at around noon. I ordered Cafe au Lait wich was 2 euros, the guys asks me for 3. I told him its 2. He looks at me then at the menu lookig all confused, then takes the coffee literally from my mouth and he rolls his eyes. Apparently he made me a different order. I am very disappointed with him and his service

The donuts are relatively expensive, but taste quite good. Unfortunately, you have to wait a long time to get it done, but the service is very fast. It's a good stop in between, if you're running through the city anyway and need a snack. You just have to be ready to pay.

Donuts for a whole school class. Delicious, everyone was thrilled. And with the large quantity there was neat discount, so kept the price in the frame.

Unclean and the staff are rude. I asked for banana in the iced coffee and got a no banana. The donuts were ok. Overrated in my opinion.

If you like unfriendly and incompetent staff, this is the Dunkin Donuts for you. I explicitly asked, if my selection of Donuts has chocolate dough. He said very unfriendly no, all three had it. Disgusting. And on top of it: The donuts tasted old and dry. Allah will judge you, my Arab friend. ?

Was Happy at First, the Personal seemed okay. We said We wanted more than 6 donuts since They have 6 And 12 boxes, And as We ordered 12, They put it in 2 6 boxes And said We had to pay 12.99 € instead of 9.99€ for a 12 Pack, when We complained One of the workers gpt aggressive And ignored us, We kept complaining, And he threw bad words at us. Then he got really aggressive And One of the other Personal had to Hold him Back And Send him away from the pay Desk. After that the other Personal helped us And have us Back our 12.99 And We left there without the donuts.
